Medusa sat in her swamp..When humans saw her sh was no more than a large snake. She sat by the entrance waiting for stupid mortals to be weary enough to enter. So she could play her game of cat and mouse..or in this case... SNAKE and Human. She yawned before hearing their annoying voices and loud footsteps. She waited and tightened her muscles waiting for these annoying stupid ugly humans to walk in. She waited

(Are Gods/ Goddesses immune to Medusa's powers? Just wondering if not i will edit this post)
Persephone walked into Medusa's swamp and asked "Were you expecting a human?" She smiled her hair was dark brown and her eyes were brownish reddish, it was different from her hair and eyes in the spring when she got to visit her mother. She looked up at Medusa and said "Why hello Medusa."

"Persephone,what do I owe this honor of seeing you?" she hissed bowing her head
"How is your untimely kingdom? and your mother?" she asked still looking down
(YES they are affected i think)

(Wow research does you well from what I found out only humans/ demi-gods are affected)
Persephone said "Oh well being bored in the underworld that's all. Fine for both of those questions." She shrugged and looked around sarcastically she asked "Have you done some redecoration?"

Medusa hissed a small laughter
"More keep out signs and plants,And a new snake" she said letting the blue and red cobra's slide don her arms,The twined themselves and slithered into the marshy water.

Annie exploded from the water, landing on the ground before them. Letting out a shout of laughter and glee, she looked at Medusa and Persephone. Looking at Medusa another time, she motioned for the water to come with her. Instead, a 20 foot long water mamba exploded from the water and slithered around her angrily, as if to protect her. This mamba was immune to Medusa's slithery, snake hair and eyes along with the little snakes. The mamba was a cousin to the snakes himself.
