Claiming?

I would like for Asteriesla to either be claimed by Hades or Nyx. I've noticed that the thread for Hades says full, but also that some of the members are old and the site is being updated. I am fine with Asteriesla's claiming to be delayed until the site has stabilised if you are waiting to see if the older memebers will return. While on the subject of claiming, would this be done in a thread?

Also, I would like to be able to have the chance to check with the admins about what weapons and powers Asteriesla will be able to have once she had been claimed. I would be most gratified if you allowed her to possess a Stygian Iron sword, which makes sense if her Godly parent was Hades (working with the Percy Jackson Books) and it is considered that Nyx is an Underworld Goddess, and possibly that her daughters were the Lampads (Underworld Nymphs, see This Wikipedia Article). The sword would be aquired through journeying or a goft from her Godly parent, seeing as it is not something that would be kept at Camp Half-blood. Also, in the term of powers, enough are described in the books about Hades' Demigod children. And I would believe that for Nyx the powers would probably be Shadow Travelling and Umbrakinesis, which are also powers shown by the children of Hades.

I would be interested to see what you thought about the powers of Nyx and I look forward to hearing you reply to who Asteriesla may be claimed by.

We have some stygian iron swords in the armory that only children of Hades can use, so yes, you can have that seeing as you have been accepted as a child of Hades.
If you were to be Nyx child I believe that you would have the power to make others sleepy since we have given Shadow Travelling to the Hellhounds. It is however possible for a child of Hades to travel small distances by shadow travel.

Thank you for accepting Asteriesla as a child of Hades. Do you wish me to post in the Hades thread in the Claiming Board? Also, will there be a chance to roleplay the scene where Asteriesla has been determind? I do have an open thread where it could happen. In regards to powers, I doubt Asteriesla will start learning them during her first few weeks or months while at Camp Half-Blood, but when she starts to discover her powers, I will work with the powers mention for Nico (Found in a last here) unless you suggest otherwise.
