OMG Spring Dance! xD

So ya. Title says it all doesn't it?
My Spring Dance (Which is technically the Grade 9-11's version of Prom...) is coming up.

I don't usually go to the school dances, because their usually full of either

a.) The smokers that do weed in the bathroom and smuggle in alcohol
b.) The populars (which, no offense, I REALLY don't like...)
c.) The student counsel people that have to be there

Now your probably asking yourselves;

"Then why the heck are you posting this...?"

The reason my dear friends, is because I was asked by somebody to go. With them. To the dance. And it's the guy I've been crushing on since FOREVER.
But he's on the student counsel. SO! That means we have to go to the dance for at least an hour.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

Okay. Now that I've finished with that COMPLETELY out of character girly scream, I will tell you what I need your guys' help with!

I need your help choosing a dress to wear. It's semi-formal, so cocktail dresses are kind of what I was thinking of. I'm putting 150 of my money in, and my parents are doubling it, making my budget 300$.
